Crews clean up piles of garbage on 5200 block of Independence Avenue

Cleanup crews were at 5207 Independence Ave this morning, hauling off the mountains of garbage that have accumulated over the past few months. There is an extra-large dumpster overflowing with trash behind the house and the crew manager said he's unsure if they can get the entire job completed without a Bobcat.
