JoCo election commissioner submits resignation
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The election commissioner in Johnson County, Kansas has submitted his resignation. In a statement Thursday morning, Kansas Secretary of State Scott Schwab said Ronnie Metsker had submitted his resignation. "The Office of Secretary of State has accepted the resignation of Johnson County Election Commissioner Ronnie Metsker," Schwab said in a statement.
In Kansas, the secretary of state (why does a hick state even have a "secretary of state"?) supervises elections only in the big-population counties. More Republican fuckery.
