Tax workshop assists Jackson County residents

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Jackson County residents still have time to seek help with their property tax assessments. A tax workshop was held Saturday at Macedonia Baptist Church, teaching people how to file under protest or to file an appeal. Organizers said they demand for such a workshop is high.
