  1. What a pussy, but he's black in a black county so he'll win.

  2. LS had the perfect opportunity to fire him when he flipped off the world. They didn't because they bought into the diversity meme and it made everything worse. What retards

    1. Flipping off people isn't illegal or unethical. That isn't cause to fire anyone especially on personal time. Youre a White Supremacist and most people inLees Summit are, and its well known that they dont like Blacks or Biracials.

    2. 6:34 if you can't see the problem with someone claiming to represent the best interests of children acting like a drunken, vulgar slob on social media and then predictably playing the race card when this behavior is understandably challenged, then you have the problem.

    3. Nope. Think you need to mind your own business and quitting making up stories to destroy this man's character. You can just say that you dont like him. He is allowed to unwind and relax how he chooses. Typical White Supremacist bullshit, 7:54pm. Typical of Lees Summit, too. The land of racists assholes.

    4. A public official having no character is everyone's business, and don't tell me what I can and can't say. Your own racism means that anything this pathetic thug fraud does is ok with you. You also need grammar help, but I'm sure that's racist too.

  3. So he thinks he can sue someone for pulling their sponsorship because he’s a controversial figure? Sounds like a dummocrap who thinks his shit don’t stink. Must’ve blown his million dollars he got from Hickman mills and lee’s summit already and apparently he thinks he can get more because..... black that’s why.

  4. You can take one look at this guy and know he's nothing but trouble. Why would Lee's Summit even consider hiring a black person? This is what they love to do they have for years and if they don't get by with causing trouble they cry racism. It's encouraged on the buses billboards and everywhere. Stay the hell away from them.

  7. Once again, the diversity hire playbook in action.

    1. Be unqualified but represent a diversity category.
    2. Screw up or do nothing.
    3. Deny all responsibility for your mistakes, blaming racism.
    4. Using as much theater as possible, sue everyone.
    5. Do it again, if they'll let you get away with it.

This swindling piece of shit knows no shame.

  8. Getting rich from being a snowflake race card carrying butthurt. Somebody needs to crawl up his ass and find something to stick him in jail for.

  9. Do we not have freedom of association anymore. If EDC doesnt want to be a sponsor of a race baiting grifter why should they not have the right to pull their support.

Riddle this...If they pulled their support bc david Duke was invited to speak would he be able to sue?

    1. Nah. I don't know the guy at all. I am outsider wity no dog in the fight. All these comments complain about his personality which if there were a personality issue he wouldnt have hired. He resigned. He wasnt fired. Just because you dont like a mans personality, that is no reason to mispeak about who you think he is. None of these comments contend that they've ever met him in person. So, what exactly is your opinion based on? If you have a story, tell that... but dont bash the guy - especially absent of first hand knowledge.

    2. Sorry, but grifter Dennis made it very easy to judge him. When you act like a thug on social media and broadcast it to the world, you are showing evidence of character.

  14. I sincerely hope no other public institution hires him or his wife. It seems wherever they go, lawsuits follow.

Is their end game to start with? Not actually do the job, but create chaos, blame whitey and get paid?

  15. DENNIS CARPENTER HURTS MINORITY FAMILIES IN LEE'S SUMMIT

Here's what happens when self-destructive individuals are mistakenly placed in positions of leadership.

They damage the institution they were trusted to lead.

They get sloppy, narcissistic, and believe they're special.

They tarnish the Board, other administrators, the district's reputation, the entire community.

If finally held to account for their misdeeds, they develop a paranoid persecution complex, falsely believing that there is a conspiracy against them. They may use race, religion, ethnicity, or gender to deflect from their own incompetence and misbehavior.

And here's the thing that really cuts deep. Because of their actions, those they claim to champion, may end up being disadvantaged in society. Most people are good, live by the rules and seek equality and fairness for all. But after being burned by someone like Dennis Carpenter, some may fall into the trap of stereotyping and withdraw from interactions involving those who appear different. This is a mistake, and please recall the phrase "a few bad apples don't spoil the whole bunch."

Event sponsors can pull their support for any reason they wish, if that's actually what happened in this case (it's currently an allegation). Making a contribution is a form of free speech. If your public library invites transgender strippers to speak to children, you have a right to protest and withhold financial support.

Dennis Carpenter's ego needs to remain in the news headlines because that's a symptom of his dysfunctional psyche.

    1. Specifically? Aside from the race baiting diversity nonsense he engaged in during his mercifully brief tenure, he cried racism and worked the school district for a fat paycheck when he was called out for juvenile, vulgar behavior that he had the good sense to broadcast on social media. He definitely wasn't qualified in any event, but he absolutely displayed his lack of character in his reaction to being criticized. Now he's crying the blues because people don't like grifters, so he wants to flip that good old race card yet again for fun and profit.

Sorry Dennis. Acting without character has consequences.

Your comment doesn't make sense, because you don't know how to write clearly.

    3:42PM comment
Your ignorance abounds. If you've followed this story you would know the facts of the case.

    4:04PM comment
Don't ask for a rehash of the historical facts because you're coming to the story late. Go back and review what's transpired, then weep for the LS school district.
