  1. Good thing I wasn't there. I might have shot him in the back. It would have been justified.

  5. If someone appears to be an imminent deadly threat, under the current law you may shoot them anyplace you wish. Face, back, butt, leg, neck anyplace. The police do it, so do swat teams. Someone dressed in battle armour with a AR in his hands, walking towards kids in a Walmart is an imminent threat. Even the police said he is lucky a good citizen didn't waste him. Especially right after the huge Walmart killings that had JUST TAKEN PLACE! No prosecutor would have been able to charge me for shooting him.

  6. ^^The guy wasn't breaking the law asshat. The guy will still be allowed to have his guns because he didn't break the law and the County attorney knows so. The guy was being a public nuisance and that's not a killing offense. Missouri allows open carry without a permit, so long as the firearm is not displayed in an angry or threatening manner. Which all agree he didn't do so. If you had shot the guy in the back I am more than sure you would have faced a criminal charge plus you would have faced a civil suit that would ruin you for life. Shooting someone in the back walking away from you is not a good shoot in lawbook anywhere.

  7. You can't yell fire in a theatre. You can't tell a blind person the bridge is safe to cross when its falled down. Many things are illegal. A deadly threat is loosely defined. But a policeman told me that I would have been let off the hook for shooting the guy in the back. Because up till then 100% of all men going into a Walmart bearing an AR and body armor have done mass shootings. So I have a 100% reasonable suspicion that murder was going to be committed. Would you board a plane if the pilot at the door said he hated the world and wanted to crash his plane into the ground? Us your brain. This guy didn't. I own an AR, and HK 308 and a Valmet. I would never carry them into a store.

  8. I found out that the Prosecutors wimped out cause they didn't want to spend the tax dollars to prosecute him. But it was a true terroristic threat. You don't wear body armour unless you expect someone to shoot at you. Now why would anyone do that if your not a threat? If an old woman had a heart attack and died there, he would be in jail for murder. Plus a huge civil suit by all shoppers that saw the old woman drop and die (due to stress, pain, mental anguish). A matter of fact, right now shoppers who were there could claim undue mental anguish and sue him and win big bucks! He has the other shooter's manifesto on his phone, and his wife begged him not to go. But being an Islamic Russian, he went on his mission. I am glad he wimped out and someone stopped him before he started shooting. But I think he will be back someday to shoot up the Walmart.

  9. I suppose next he will walk into a Walmart with a fully functional suicide vest but not push the button. Its legal to own black powder and place it next to ball bearings. Suicide is not a crime. Nobody has every been prosecuted for killing themselves. I expect the Russian will try again. Dumpshit

  10. Its legal for grown men to walk around on the streets muttering words that don't make sense, wearing a Barbie outfit, and stopping to do jumping jacks and splits. But men don't do it to "test the law". Someone who has shown such poor judgement with weapons should not own them. Wonder what a Vietnam vet would think seeing the same type rifle he used to shoot viet cong in a Walmart store strolling down the isle. This little Russian squirt should go back to the USSR where laws are very clear cut. Take off the black Russian submariner's shirt too. This aint no boat.

  11. Dude is lucky someone didn't smack him and steal his guns. You keep guns concealed. You don't parade them around.
