Missouri Attorney General tells St. Louis police, live where you want

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- For as long as anyone can remember, it is been a requirement that any police officer employed by KCPD live in Kansas City. Wednesday night, the Fraternal Oder of Police says it would back a proposed plan to kick that requirement to the curb.

  2. I think that's a good idea. What difference does it make where they live and greedy KC will still get that 1% earnings tax.

  3. The unions wanted their union members to live in the city limits for voting power, you vote for whoever was pro union which translated into more money for raises. It must be pretty bad if the union is willing to give that up.

  5. A good cop is a conservative. A good conservative is a Republican. A good Republican won't live in a Democratic ran liberal shit hole.

  6. Cops have always lived in the suburban areas of KCMO. Might as well let them live outside the city to lessen their political clout.
