Hawley to ask U.S. Attorney's Office, HUD to investigate T.E.H. Realty
Sen. Josh Hawley said Thursday he will ask the US Attorney's Office and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to open investigations into T.E.H. Realty.Investors and managers of T.E.H. apartment complexes have faced a long list of investigations from KMBC 9 News, health inspectors and the Kansas City Housing Authority this year for complaints about water damage, broken air-conditioning and heating units and overflowing trash.
Have them investigate the City Planning and Permits department while they are at it.
