Background: The National League of Cities (NLC) holds two conferences a year. One in March which is in Washington, DC and one in November, in a different city each year. This year's November conference will be 11/20-11/23 in San Antonio, Texas. Four individuals from Shawnee will be going (3 elected and 1 staff).
