Prepare For Kansas City Great Helmet Debate

Not totally local but connected to this town's dedication to an increasingly brutal game . . .

ESPN: Myles Garrett suspension for Steelers-Browns fight: Why he deserves record punishment for helmet swing

Local topics for consideration . . .

- A similar action at Arrowhead would almost certainly start a riot.

- Rabid fans already calling for a lifetime ban overnight.

- And yet another tacit reminder that football really isn't a "family" game or form of entertainment.

You decide . . .

  10. The NFL needs someone in charge of discipline. Jean Petersucker Baker would be a good choice. Nobody would ever get suspended. Chaos would reign, just like in our shithole ghetto.

  11. 9:08AM is your typical geriatric, pants-shitter, lonely, hateful, obese, loser who sits on a blog all day in lieu of a real-life. No friends, no family, and no life.

  12. ^^^ Totally unlike @9:43 who does exactly the same things, but with no friends, no family, no life, AND NO HOPE!

  13. ^^Poor baby did some one strike a nerve in you? Get too close to the real truth about you? Stop trying to make everyone believe that others lives suck as bad as yours.

  14. @9:43, do you know what a contrarian is? It's you. You literally argue against any point on this blog, make no logical arguments and fling ad hominem attacks like, well, like a monkey flings poo. I know you operate under the assumption that any attention is good attention, but its truly not. You should really work towards a few interpersonal relationships outside of this blog. It doesn't take much, and frankly you don't need a "bunch" of friends, just one or two who stick around. Protip: a constant contrarian IRL will not keep people around. I hold nothing against you for your angry tantrum like antics, and I hope you can find some peace in life as you age and presumably mature.

  15. ^^Do you think anyone is listening to you? You're on a blog for dying geriatrics. TL/DR

  16. Accountability comes with a cost, a price to pay - in theory. Based on the NFL's history of inconsistency however, ranging love tap to under-the-rug sweeping, anything is possible, so all bets are off nod what happened football game Steelers and Browns, flip a coin.

Rebuke, any? Flip a coin. A league verifiably populated by convicted criminals displaying said behavior, both on the field and off, manifested assaults on children, women, men and players upon each other. NFL's own track record providing ample evidence that 'protecting the $hield' ALWAYS takes precedence; as such, anything is possible.

Finger to the wind how blows public perception, league/attorney/team created lip quivering letter of apology, passing out free Thanksgiving turkeys try take advantage any sleight of hand opportunity available make it all seem better their usual tack/crutch. Here in Kan$a$ City, we know how all that 'wink and a nod' jazz to player accountability works.

  19. Need a team made up from black fast food customers who feel they were dissed 'cause their order was slow or just not right.

They would rule the NFL and NHL.
