Newsflash: Nearly Half Of Everybody In Kansas City Wanted On Bench Warrant?!?

This Sunday morning the "public" radio station offers promotional material for local courts that mostly serve to enforce poverty on powerless residents. Those with cash can pay lawyers to take care of these fines and fees that aren't inflicted on most middle-to-upper-class residents in the first place.

Meanwhile, the rapidly-growing underclass would be wise to garner all the free info possible on the continued municipal crackdown and big picture push to bring as many citizens as possible under total government control for housing, health and freedom.

With 41% Of Kansas City Residents Failing To Show Up, Municipal Court Leaders Seek To Build Trust

Kansas City's Municipal Court has a perception problem. Courts are not generally a place where good things happen to people, and few would go by choice. "Municipal court is where most people are going to encounter the judicial system," said court spokesperson Benita Jones.

  1. Like everything else in this City, the municipal court is a joke.

  2. They’re just trying to drum up business for the court and lawyers. It’s a racket. Wipe all of it off the books and start over with a new system. Unbelievable how nothing works in this town. Nothing.

  3. Blame everything on Ferguson, just an excuse not to do their jobs and still get paid. You all remember Ferguson was a lie don’t you? Thanks to Barry and Eric holder. This country hasn’t been the same since.

Why does this not shock me to see? It just goes to show how much disrespect people have for the common laws we have. Now you see why crime is where it is and the murder count is headed to a record high this year here in Kansas City. I remember a time when you could walk down St John or Independence Ave or anywhere downtown at two in the morning and being robbed was the least of your worries. That isn't how it is today. Bigger jails is the answer.

  9. Last time i was at city court on a speeding ticket, every person in there got a continuance, my turn comes up and i choose to pay. The judge said "Thankyou for your patience, i am reducing your fine". She dropped my $160 ticket down to $90. She was hot, but maybe she was glad someone actually paid their fine at that shit show.

  10. Fuck the kangaroo court for the most part it’s just another way to remove money from the private sector into their pockets and what the fuck for to buy more plate readers to spy on private citizens ? In an environment where even looking at some worthless cop is probable cause to be harassed is it any wonder the public hates them? Don’t forget the cops don’t build anything fix anything create anything and it’s only gonna get worse as the roam around looking for the next victim to line their pockets. You know some of these scumbag judges make over a hundred thousand a year and live like kings ruling over us like we’re subjects the whole thing sucks

  11. ^^^Just what 10:51 and 11:07 were talking about.

This folks is why Kansas city is turning into a town of nothing but scumbags who think obeying laws and acting like a normal citizens is out of the question.

  12. The culture is so permissive, entitled, rule always apply to someone else. How many times have you seen a protected class park their damn Escalade in a handicap spot with no permit and especially at the front door of a store in the fire lane and do 30+ minutes of shopping while the rest of us walk our ass off?

  14. Remember the Municipal Court Judge who went to Federal Prison for taking bribes a while back. There were dozens of lawyers involved.

You think she was the only one?

    Don't be a sap.

  15. The damn housing court is the worst. They can take you house if you don't get up to speed. I saw that arrogant Judge, who looks a lot like Vladimir Lenin, tell an old man that if he couldn't afford to get everything all fixed up, he cold sell the house.

And I bet there are people waiting in the wings to buy.

  16. 2:46 how do you know about housing court? The current judge is fair and if you piss him off you’re an idiot. Fix your damn house and you won’t have to worry about it! Lol!

I have been invited to housing court several times with many of my neighbors because some rich old hag, a multi millionaire by the way won’t fix her properties, we watch the judge deal with some of the dumbest laziest people on the face of the earth. It’s a sad state that we have to have a housing court to begin with. Housing court was created by the dimwits to take your money by the way.

  17. 3:27, and what about an elderly retired person? Hack inspectors make accusations, and if the person can't move fast enough they rack up huge fines. Fines that can increase daily! Then the judge may retell you to sell the house...but you already know this, your last Sentence gives that away. YOU ARE JUST A TOOL COVERING UP FOR THE COURT. So kiss my butt.

  18. 4:33 the judge will get them into a home repair program, he only fines assholes that have the means that won’t lift a finger to fix their houses. You should spend a day down there.... by the way, the city hasn’t taken any houses from anybody.

    1. And yet people have had to sell out because they could not afford to do the repairs fast though. And that is simply a lie about the fines. That wasn't even a good try. You are obviously shilling for the court.
