KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Two companies with well-known restaurants in the Kansas City metro filed for bankruptcy this week. Bread & Butter Concepts, which runs eateries such as Gram & Dun and Stock Hill, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as a way to reorganize.
