Meth Town Debates Trans Teachable Moment

Culture war packs public meeting but the reality is that there are so many more dangerous things to learn in this rough & tumble neighborhood than any instruction offered at a library . . . Check the debate:

'Trans 101' program at public library draws dozens of vocal critics and supporters

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- On Tuesday, dozens packed into the normally scarcely attended board meeting for the Mid Continent Public Library. Both critics and supporters crowded into the meeting in Independence to speak out on a recent free program offered at the library titled "Trans 101."

Isn't the Library Director of MCPL an LGBT member?

I hope he's not promoting this type of activism.

No 9:07 they are not. Public places such as libraries should not be doing things such as this. Have they done any programs to teach parents in Kansas City how to be proper parents? Have they any programs teaching kids how the hood life is a dead end street?

I rest my case.

“It’s a presentation to talk about what it means to be transgender. It’s to share a little bit about my life story,” said Riley Long, the host of the program. ==> We don't want to know about your life or what it means.

Oh Chimpy. A monkey's opinion isn't worth much!
