  4. When you agree to borrow money from anyone you sign a form agreeing to their terms. If you know you can't meet those terms don't get the loan. Don't get a loan then bitch later it cost you more because you failed to uphold your end of the deal. I have used these loan places a couple of times in the past when I needed fast cash now and always paid them off in a week or two.
