Kansas Voters Just Shifted Some Political Clout To College Towns

  1. A lot of elections took place last night but the Paseo issue is getting the top press coverage. But a lot of other races were upsets too that many people didn't see coming. Peggy Dunn rode an easy win again in Leawood and Copeland won a sixth term as Mayor of Olathe. I thought Shawnee would make a change but that didn't happen either as the voters voted to keep the same leader they have been outspoken against. But Michelle Distler didn't have any real competition either so guess that wasn't to shocking.
