  1. Cashier at Price Chopper: Paper or Plastic?
    Me: Paper, please.
Bagger at PC: Would you like your milk in plastic?
    Me: no
Cashier at PC: Would you like your meat in plastic?
    Me: no
    BPC: Eggs? Produce?
$160 in groceries later I come home with at least two plastic bags and the paper bag I do get is packed so full and heavy it's like they think taking an airplane home and I need it all in one bag to avoid baggage fees.

Ironic how plastic bags came about to save the tree. Trees are renewable, paper bags are recyclable, plastic is killing the planet and that arm-load of cloth & vinyl bags you're dragging in to use are full of germs and bacteria. smh

  2. ^^^^^Good point I have seen some of those reusable bags so covered in cat hair it looks like a square dead cat. Food stains and other I don't want to know stains on them. Area mechanic brags about him reusing his bag and yes they are covered in grease. I just wish stores would let us sack our own shit they don't train the help and these kids nowadays are too stupid to know better than to place your chuck roast on top of your tomatoes. Food stores do the less recycling of any business.
