Forest Hill
Forest Hill Cemetery is located at 71st and Troost. Established in 1888, the land is notable for the location of another Civil War Battle Field as the Confederate troops fled south from Westport. Hyperblogal has family here in several locations. Many famous Kansas City residents are buried here including Satchel Paige, below.
