Kansas City Bad Drivers Exposed

This local moviemaker seems to be hitting his stride as the movies are much more entertaining, contain quite a bit of chatter and offer some great examples of locals lost behind the wheel.

Take a look:

  1. I travel all over and outside of New York and some parts of Jersey, Kansas City by far has some of the worst drivers out there. Rude and thinking they are the only ones on the road and then throw in the stupid fuckers who have to use and text on a cell phone 24/7 and it makes for a dangerous mix of people.

  2. I agree with Dave but this asshole is a douche, just like his music. Looked like he shot a lot of his video in the south kc and grand view and lsmo area. The Koloreds cant drive worth a shit.

  3. Dave is correct, some of the worst drivers in the USA reside among the denizens and plebs of this fine community. However, bucking the tradition of this blog, I must disagree that it is just happening prevalently in only the traditionally black neighborhoods. Serious question, have you ever driven in JOCO? The Susan's and Karen's of the world can't drive their minivan or SUV to Costco without being on Facebook the entire time, heads down, or fucking with the 3 kids and / or dog they have in the car with them. Driving is about number 6 on the priority list, and then they have the "right" to do whateverthefuck on the road when they do decide to engage in the task at hand.

  6. Texting and so forth on cell phones has got to come to a stop while driving unless you are dealing with an emergency. Most states have laws but it's a secondary law and cops seldom do anything unless it results in a crash. Yes you have to hit something around here maim or kill someone before you'll get a ticket.

In England they don't mess around, they enforce the law, in fact getting caught on a phone is a worse ticket than speeding. Healthy fines and points against your license over there and should be the same here.

I remember a world before cell phones and seldom and I mean very seldom was not having one an issue. I turn mine off a lot of the time. Sure it pisses folks off sometimes, but the phone I have is for my convenience not the worlds.

  7. Idiom for an idiot: drive as I (videographer) do, not as you do (the old "my **** driving don't stink but yours just reeks.") Gave up counting all of the infractions videographer's own driving demonstrated while he was criticizing others, the beam in his eye obstructing an speck in others; such perfect and odor free impatience, videographer's.

Could cite several particulars, but the parking lot sequence early on, gist: videographer's 'get out of my way' mentality epitomizes why an 'parking lot' has been referred to as the most dangerous place to drive (that said is not a freeway, lost on some Indy 500 types out there.)

While were at it, why is the manufacture of street-legal vehicles capable of speeds in excess of 200 mph not an issue/tempt fate much? Just as the 'I has gots my rights man!' crowd would protest the requirement to obey ALL traffic laws (just as gun owners and people nod other laws same should obey ALL the laws, the 'honor system' and one's 'personal responsibility' presents (lol.)

The bottom line: things are bass ackwards in many ways... pull your head out of yours, get off the dingwa, look out for the other guy, grow up, and... be safe out there.

  8. Black people don’t drive well because they are trying to figure out all the features on whatever car they just carjacked. But a car with a manual transmission.

  9. The government should mandate that phone providers use the GPS system to shut off phones when they are moving over 3mph. It is possible and would save lives and money. All of our car insurance rates are effected ny the texting and driving idiots.

  10. Good idea 4:03 PM. I would say phone stays on but only usable to call 911 or other certain designated entities for emergency purposes and tracking for same.

  11. This shit you would stop immediately the day that switch is thrown. Got a feeling they would meltdown, go psycho and have worst results. I mean a person can only deal with so much isolation from their followers. Hahaha.

  12. Oh Brother That's it WE need More BIG BROTHER on our a$$. @10:53 Right on the money...

  13. @7:19 PM. It's the culture. Everyone in KC alone knows that culture can't change. How do you expect this massive culture to change without controls. Agreed Big Brother should stay out of most of our lives but this shit is rampant with only comments about head removal from ass, etc.. These humorous retorts are probably the most effective methods but as most remedies on this subject just lip service from those capable of only one sentence solutions and CAPS addicts.
