Nob Hill apartment residents receive disconnect notices over landlord's unpaid bills
Nearly 170 apartment units in south Kansas City face the possibility of losing gas service as the coldest months of the year approach.Spire Energy posted notices Monday at the Nob Hill Apartments at 9422 Cleveland Ave., saying the apartment's landlord has a past-due balance on gas service at the property.The possibility of losing heat and gas service at Nob Hill is the latest development in a growing struggle for residents in more than 1,600 apartments across the Kansas City metro area owned by affiliates of T.E.H.
