IS MAYOR Q CONVINCING JEFF CITY TO CRACKDOWN ON KANSAS CITY GUNS?!?!

The new administration is hopeful that their friendlier approach which seeks cooperation against gun crime will payoff . . . Here's equally optimistic coverage and something to consider:

MO governor considering 'responsible gun reform,' Lucas says

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Missouri, Mayor Quinton Lucas met with Missouri Gov. Mike Parson and the mayors from three other Missouri cities Monday as part of an ongoing conversation about violent crime. Lucas, who has made curbing violence the central priority of his administration, said the goal of the meeting was to identify concrete steps to combat gun violence.

  1. It's against the law!!!!!! To murder. Are you going to stop and frisk and remove guns from the people that are doing the killing? Didn't think so pussy politicians.

  2. Mayor Quinton is incapable of convincing the State government of nothing other than the fact that he is our latest corrupt mayor who will do nothing but beg for state money. Quinton has no balls and no clout and no clue.

  3. NO Quinton Lucas we are not going to give up our guns, and sorry to say you can't do anything about it. Clean up the streets and stop bullying the law abiding American people.

  4. I would like to se effeminate pussy Quinton go to the shithole ghetto and take one single gun away from a hood rat.

  5. Is taking guns away code for getting rid of the murderous blacks? They alone are the entire murder problem in three major cities in Missouri, get rid of them and the entire state is golden again.

  6. Lucas needs to watch the video above. See if he still thinks the same way.

    8:09am is right.
But Lucas should not only watch the video, but also read the comments.
Lots of serious thoughtful observations and recommendations there.
But pretty much EVERYBODY already knows what, who, and how the homicide problem is in KCMO.
What's needed are some elected and appointed officials and some serious leadership in the black community who have the guts to identify it and step up and take action.
And Lucas is sadly not among them.
Big talk, superficial "programs", endless meetings, lots of smiles, selfies, and TV interviews...
and a continuation of the willful ignorance to takes to walk right by the problem.
    Sad.
