  1. Greenwood chief should have dragged that chair with the perp handcuffed to it out onto the thin ice of lake to ponder what he did.
    The only loss would be the chair and a pair of handcuffs.
    In contrast what is the penalty for bodily harm and attempted murder of a baby in Greenwood?
