  5. Geezer Guy is a real brain trust, just a sideline quipster. These types have and will always be around to amuse themselves. Never matured from their freshman high school days if they got that far. Very little vocabulary and content, absolutely no contribution to the discussion. More suited to grunts and ass picking.

  10. Was an okay place back in nir 70's to early 80's then started going downhill from there. Place in Olathe was closed sometime back which was good since it was horrible. Place on College Blvd was never that good either. I think what is hurting some places is the overbearing levels they keep their music set at. Not everyone wants to eat with 100 to 102 decibel levels of music in their ears. Remember when dining meant music playing softly in the background over being so loud you can't hear what the waitress said. And no you geezer hater fucksticks, I don't have an hearing issue. So don't even go there.

  11. @ 1054 - You are exactly right. Who ever decided to blast peoples hearing with such loud music? If I go someplace and it is that loud (Brewbakers for one) I either leave or leave a note on ther reciept that "here is my tab - you won't see me again! And usually the tip isn't that good either when I leave at least 20% . We like to have a pleasant conversation with our dinner, not a shouting match.

  12. Damn, P Otts is the only working class place left on the plaza. Guessing their rent got jacked up to something crazy in an attempt to push them out.

Can't speculate what rent there is but 20 years ago I was the manager of a very small store there and our rent was $15,000 a month. That was 20 years ago in a much smaller space than p otts

  14. They turn the music up to discourage geezers from coming in. They're bad for business, leave shitty tips, gripe and write their grievances on reciepts when they finally leave.
