BEARS PROWL KANSAS CITY?!?!

Check this garbage local story inasmuch as locals will most likely see hungry bears tearing apart their trash for scraps in the outskirts of the suburbs . . . OR packing themselves into skinny jeans in Westport. Either way, keep a safe distance and mind your own biz in order to stay safe.
