The problem is the infrastructure, the poor infrastructure. The potholes in the immediate neighborhood have been "filled" a dozen times in the past five years and the condition of the roads continue to deteriorate.

We see crews come through tossing used cat little soaked in oil into the holes. Five minutes after this happens, traffic scatters the loose filler and we're back where we started.

They should not be using used little cats.

Find a way to have ribbon cutting for each repaired pothole and all will be fixed in a week.

Ribbon cutting or Candles depending on success of the cat litter repair.
