  2. Gail Beatty must be fired and revocation of her Missouri appraisal license is also proper under these circumstances. Evidence of incomprtence, and if the Board rules, discriminstion, she should fire from position of Director of Assessments, and her licensed should be revoked for 1. Incompetence; and 2. Discrimination.

    Come through Michael Duffy!

  3. With this pattern of 14.9% value increases, I think we aren't looking at just incompetence, but a systematic approach. This is corruption! It smells of Caleb Clifford, too. Frank's chief of staff has to be involved in this. He is involved every damn thing!

  4. 6:21 The buck is supposed to stop with Frank White. He needs to fire these people or resign too.

  5. If incompetence becomes grounds for firing people at the Jackson County courthouse, the halls will echo in their emptiness.
    But good news!
Move in all the homeless on the streets in KCMO.
    Mission accomplished.
And lots of money and frustration saved.

  6. I was actually afraid to appeal my assesment out of fear these criminals would retaliate and assess it higher.

  7. Do you really think the BOE is going to put a cap on taxing your property??? Now that's funny. There is always someone who will come in an pay that tax and they know it, but if you sell now you might get lucky, if you wait you might have to sell for a cheaper price. You all have a serious problem and no one to help you.
