Given the level of irrational exuberance and hype for the past year . . . A loss today would be a horrific letdown to fanboys across the metro and would irrevocably shake their confidence.
And so, here's game day info and our TKC question . . . Will the Chiefs win today??? You decide:

Texans at Chiefs time, TV schedule, odds, streaming, announcers and more
The Houston Texans travel to Arrowhead Stadium for a Week 6 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:00 Noon (Arrowhead Time). The game will be broadcast on CBS-TV - locally on KCTV/5. The Chiefs lead the AFC West with a 4-1 record.
They will win but it won't be pretty.

ReplyDeleteThey lose today and turn around and lose Thursday night.

ReplyDeleteSeason was over when the NFL turned against this Country.
I would take Houston + points. Too many key Chiefs are injured, and their backups are not very good.
ReplyDelete9:27 Hysterical nonsense.
ReplyDelete^^Non-hysterical stupidity.
ReplyDeleteThe Chiefs are done, history, down for the count, dead and are on their way out of town.
ReplyDeleteFor all of you Chief loving fans there will be a prayer vigil and balloon release Tuesday, 10-15-19, evening at 7 pm at JC Nichols fountain. The event is being organized by Moms demand Action. As the night progresses the type of action will be determined.
Hill will play today so that might open up the defense, when need Sammy back. I am afraid this season will end up like all the other. I dropped my season tickets two years ago because it just wasn't worth it. 27 season was enough. I live in Lee's Summit and I just heard the jets fly over, it's almost game time.
ReplyDeleteHill sucks today and nearly caused two interceptions. Mahomes also sucking today big time in case you haven't noticed.
ReplyDeleteThe season was over last week when they lost to the Colts. The Chiefs were exposed. Mahomes sucks in the pocket. Keep him there and he can't make accurate throws. Teams know this now and have him numbered.
ReplyDelete23-17... and it isn't even close: Deshaun 'The Man With The Golden Gun' Watson has thrown 3 td passes (1 of them was actually caught by one of his teammates, the other 2 sure tds were dropped). Add in a blown call by the replay official in NY on a pick play against KC gifting the swiss chiefs a td and a non-forced error by a HOU player fumbling untouched, and the score becomes Texans 31-7... and THE ROUT IS ON! A fumble lost by 'Choke' aka Pattycakes Mahones as well an interception thrown (2 others also should have been), and the best young QB in the NFL is clear for all to see: Deshaun Watson.
ReplyDeleteNo defense means no playoffs this year. The off-season should have been spent more on finding great defensive players.
ReplyDeleteThere is no longer any doubt who the best young QB in the NFL is: his name is Deshaun Watson, 'The Man With The Golden Gun!
ReplyDelete5 td passes (1 of them actually caught), 280 passing yards (better than 'Choke' Mahomes), also 2 rushing tds ('Choke' zero but he did fumble)... the game wasn't even close reality.
Those td passes aren't dropped by HOU, their extra point isn't missed, AN fg isn't missed and the poor call vs HOU on the swiss chiefs first drive is called correctly, and that unmolested fumble 'not' occurring, and the game is a 60-14 Texans rout... that is fact.
Almost 500 yards of offense by the Texans, and it could have very easily been over 65o yards. Yeah, Texans done whupped dey ass - badly.
Time to put away 'this is our year!' again for another season... bye bye. Cue the next in line succession: 'WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR!', part 2020, verse 51
