TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! KANSAS CITY RESTRICTIVE WORKPLACE & COMMUNITY 'TRUMP OR TREAT' ETIQUETTE AND PRECAUTIONS PREVAIL AMID PC HALLOWEEN 2019 PARTY PLANNING!!!

Halloween is a wonderful holiday wherein hotties endure winter cold to show some skin along with their lack of creativity and other locals struggle not to offend with by way of inappropriate costume choice.

Accordingly, we share a few local blind items and social media Halloweenie tidbits  in order to consider more important news that impacts KC and the nation . . .

- A midtown Kansas City community center has advised artists that deceptions of Prez Trump WILL NOT BE ALLOWED for Día de Muertos activities. We expect to hear glorified spray paint artists grousing about this new rule in the near future.

- A TKC reader legal eagle has been told to LEAVE HIS PREZ TRUMP MAGA HAT AT HOME FOR HALLOWEEN as his costume mimicking the Commander-in-Chief sparked an office e-mail fight last year.

Another Kansas City protest collective is working on a local version of the Baby Trump balloon but sadly cold temperatures have THWARTED their progress.

And so . . .

The Prez Trump impeachment drama continues with local protest seemingly muted amid colder weather.

  1. Political protest doesn't belong in taxpayer funded community centers, schools or offices. It's not professional. For once, people should think about leaving their politics at home.

    1. ^^^ That never happens.

What are you afraid of? Did a Halloween costume ever hurt anybody. They're supposed to be fun and satirical so that people can laugh about serious stuff together. Nothing wrong with that. Live a little!

  2. Impeachment was a bust. That's why most of the Democrats didn't really support it. When it gets thrown out of the senate there might be protest for one or two days but that's it. Most Americans know that you can't throw a president out of office over a questionable phone call. Just like the Mueller investigation. This was just another nothing burger.

Don't count on it gramps. If the Republicans think they'll lose by supporting Trump they'll drop him in a hot second.

The best thing they're going to do is let the impeachment trial go forward to damage the President horribly and then vote against it at the last second. That way they get to put on a little show for the public without sacrificing anything but time and money and ultimately Trump is out of the way. He has hurt mainstream Republicans just as much as Democrats. The establishment wants him gone.

Impeachment will come back to haunt the Dems

    Think about it!

  5. Trump seems to be one of those figures that people either love or hate, with very few opinions in between. However, regardless of these differing opinions, people on both sides seem to be enthralled with the circus it is causing while in the mean time nothing is getting done in the House like it should be. It's a soap opera playing across 24/7 news channels for a population that is increasingly divided if not leaning more for supporting Trump. If the media wasn't involved in the whole thing and was printing the truth and facts over a bunch of lies the whole thing would have been dead in the water a long time ago. I really think the Democrats thought Trump would cut and run from it all which he didn't and can't think of a good way to gracefully bow without saying, "Okay you got us, we knew all along there was nothing to impeach Trump on, but we are pissed as hell that Hillary lost."

    1. Dave is 100% correct about nothing getting done. I suspect Congress and the Senate realize this and are taking advantage in order to coast on by. We're in more gridlock now. The only thing I can see my Kansas & Missouri representatives doing right now is tweeting and trying to get on the talk shows with an opinion on Trump.

U.S. needs progress on healthcare but what we've got is just the same old campaigning.

NO real progress because of the impeachment mess. Can't blame in all on Trump. It takes two to tango and the media and Democrats need to take some responsibility. Good post Dave!

  6. Trump costumes are last year. This year it's the impossible Burger, Mister Rogers or maybe the Joker again. People who make political costumes for Halloween are Desperately Seeking attention and they're rarely funny.

  9. Actually very little of any of this has to do with "politics".
    It's all just entertainment.
And tweets, selfies, TV panel discussions, and "news reporters'" speculations.
Nothing at all about issues like medical care or prescription drug costs, or immigration, or infrastructure repair, or any of a whole host of issues important to citizens across the country are even being addressed, much less improved.
And hundreds of millions from special interests continues to pour into political campaigns and critical issues like tax policy continue to be written to favor those interests.
Too bad the public is so easily distracted and what passes for the media is constantly focused on the wrong things.
And locally the situation is no better.
Look at the clown shows at the Jackson County courthouse and KCMO city hall.
    It's not "woke".
    It's broke.

  16. They aren't going to move through with impeachment in any way. They'll hold theatrical "votes" that are meaningless but they're just trying to run out the clock because they got duped and there's nothing there. I hope to god they do vote to impeach though because it will only make trump more popular. It'll be like to Covington Kids/Kavanaugh thing combined then times 100.

  17. Trump is pretty popular. the people who hate him are the same people who have always hated him but his support grows among conservatives and independents everyday. Libs are in denial about his popularity which is just stupid. If you want to get rid of the guy you at least have to have an honest and objective assessment on the situation before developing a game plan

    ReplyDelete
  18. and yet the "theatrical" vote just passed and we are moving forward with impeachment. weird.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Good lets make it all public, let the public see that there isn't anything there but a bunch of butthurt Democrats. Make all the evidence very public along with those providing the so called evidence and how they got said evidence. Once the public see what a scam this is the joke in Washington will soon be "Hey remember when the Democrats ruled the house?"

    ReplyDelete
  20. ^^You mean the evidence of Ukraine diplomat, and the war hero Lt Col. Vidman gave against the President? Thought so. Fixed it for you dummy!

  22. The theatrical vote that had bipartisan opposition just sets the rules in case they ever decide to vote on an "impeachment inquiry", which they have not done. Also note that if they ever vote on an actual impeachment inquiry that's not the same as voting on an actual impeachment either. So yes, theatrics

You seem smart. I mean it takes an intelligent guy to make daily strawman statements followed by "weird"

    ReplyDelete
  23. ^^and yet the theatrical vote STILL passed, and you seem really dumb. Weird

    ReplyDelete
  24. Correct, no one has made the argument that it didn't pass, hence the strawman comment.

I'd give the definition but you seem smart and probably already know what that means

    ReplyDelete
  25. ^^ and yet it passed, and you keep talking as if anyone is listening. Weird.

    ReplyDelete
  26. ^^If from you nobody listens. Weird
