A simple three-way Stop Sign system would work better and hopefully cost less.Of course with KCMO City Hall involved, installing three Stop Signs might wind up costing almost the same.

A triple-reverse back chute flyover roundabout would also be cheaper and more effective. Also, Menards is a home improvement store - they don't sell fucking sporting goods - but hey why worry about accuracy this late in the game?
