Whip it good. Yes, it is always the fault of a Company when you choose to use their product wrong. Certainly not the fault of individual choices between right and wrong.
ReplyDeleteWhy are school districts doing this ? Give the teachers a deserving raise instead wasting money on court cases aginst ligitimate industries. Alchohol and rubbers next ?

ReplyDeleteMonkey see monkey do. It's all the new rage now. Fucking morons, how about suing the parents for allowing such.
ReplyDeleteI assume the school districts are simply signing up with trial lawyers to file copycat type lawsuits on a contingency fee basis. The school districts will theoretically be on the hook for costs, but won't have to pay the attorneys for time spent. Maybe the districts figure they've soaked the taxpayers about as much as they can, and are looking for $$$ from other sources.
ReplyDeleteGood to see the districts wasting money on this. Can't wait until they lose and get stuck with paying all the court costs. Oh well, this is what happens when you put stay at home moms in charge of policy
ReplyDeleteIt certainly can't be the kids fault for using an illegal product? You have to be 18 for e-cigs so in theory only kids in the 12th grade should be hooked on vaping. I'm sure common sense is in short supply in filing lawsuits though.
ReplyDeleteDistricts have zero standing to sue. The school boards and administration have been brainwashed and bullshitted by the trial lawyers.
