Politicos Talk Tech Revival

Whilst it kills us to link it, here's a peek at a recent progressive talk wherein local politicos discuss an Internets idea that never really materialized in terms of job growth. Checkit:

Reps. Davids, Cleaver hold U.S. House Small Business Committee field hearing on 'Silicon Prairie'

Rep. Sharice Davids this week brought official Congressional business to the Kansas 3rd Congressional District, specifically to discuss the challenges of small businesses, startups and entrepreneurs. The first-term Congresswoman led a field hearing alongside Rep. Emanuel Cleaver of Kansas City, Mo., for the U.S.

Another photo op for some of the Congressional Clowns. You know the event sucked when only the Shawnee rag will cover it.

These people are the problem, not the solution. If they really wanted to help small business they would resign. Cleaver could go back to fleecing his flock and Davids could go back to fighting real battles.

Reps. Davids, Cleaver hold U.S. House Small Business Committee field hearing

Sharice Davids started a small coffee roasting company (Hoka) which struggled from inception until it failed. She never repaid the startup loan.

Emanuel Cleaver participated in a scheme whereby he took a purposely inflated Small Business Administration loan (more than the business was worth) to purchase a carwash, while diverting loan proceeds to fund his initial run for Congress. The business failed and was ultimately sold for a fraction of what Cleaver had sworn was the purchase price. He and his wife personally guaranteed the loan, but refused to make payments for years. Ultimately, the bank holding the loan sued the Congressman, won a judgment in court, and had to begin garnishment proceedings against the Cleavers. The loan has never been satisfied, and only small amounts were collected.

Local KCMO media have always been AWOL on both these stories, giving a pass to the dimwitted Native American lesbian and corrupt African-American reverend.

When is Trump paying back his hundreds of millions from defaulted casino loans.

And his defaults from hotels, airline, and university.

When is he going to pay his past due bills from his MAGA rallies.

Small business contractors that got stiffed would love to know.
