As she should. Last time I checked, Shmidt is not the Governor of Kansas
ReplyDeleteYes, Kelly is the governor of Kansas. But that does not mean she or her administration has the power to impose a tax that the legislature has not seen fit to enact. Ultimately the issue will be settled in court.
