Union Pacific is laying off 200 employees from its Neff Yard in Kansas City as part of a plan to streamline operations and do more with less. In a statement, the railroad company said its switching operations will be transferred to its 18th Street and Armourdale yards in Kansas City, Kan., Fox 4 reports.
