Another inmate escapes Heartland Center

ANOTHER INMATE ESCAPED FROM KANSAS CITY MISSOURI'S TEMPORARY JAIL LAST NIGHT. POLICE SAY AN INMATE PULLED THE FIRE ALARM AT THE HEARTLAND CENTER AROUND MIDNIGHT AND LEFT THE BUILDING THROUGH THE FIRE ESCAPE DOORS. THE INMATE WAS FOUND AROUND THE BLOCK.

Why should this matter? Jean Petersucker Baker will have them back on the street anyway because she is such a worthless prosecutor

There's a 130 bed jail at the KCPD Downtown Police Station. Why is the 8th floor jail empty? Can't rely on private prisons.
