First rule?
Don't waste your time actually trying to accomplish anything or make any decisions that might make anyone mad.
Then, lots of selfies, promises, tweets, TV face time, and be sure to take as much credit as possible for the accomplishments of others.
Schmooze the local big time "reporters" and "opinion leaders", start a fake nonprofit, and offer recommendations that involve other people's efforts and money.
Like others who have followed such a path, you're sure to become famous for being well-known.
And a shoo-in for local elected office.

Some good tips from 9:47am.

Examples are pretty much everywhere you look!

What makes a person powerful??? Well can you guess??? Kind of like the men and women of Central Hyde Park who try so very hard to get power but fail. Check out what some men do when their wives go to work over there.
