Kansas City Blogger Newsman Courtroom Analysis: 'Yust Is One Crazy M'Fer'

Update on two alleged killers and court room motions that mostly focus on their competence . . . Here's JimmyC still haunted by his reporting days and very much appreciated by his readers:

A tangle of motions and other filings in the Jungerman and Yust cases

I made a trip down to the Jackson County Courthouse this snowy afternoon to see what's new in the David Jungerman and Kylr Yust cases. They are the defendants, of course, in arguably the two biggest murder cases pending in Jackson County -- the killings of lawyer Thomas Pickert (Jungerman) and those of Jessica Runions...

  2. No idea if Yust is crazy.. but funny there goes a “retired” former media-type who can’t seems to quit thinking that he doesn’t write stuff that matters or if it does matter... who cares?
Reminds me of the titantic that was sinking and somewhere there was a guy still playing in the band knowing it was over... or a guy in a rest home who retired from being a bowling professional who still pretended to bowl...going through the motions trying to relive their former perceived fame.
Noble cause... time better spent in soup kitchens handing out stuff than trying to sneak into a Major League Baseball game hoping no one really notices and then maybe getting a hit.. kinda of ludicrous? Maybe not... but the peanut gallery finds this amusing.
Funny also seeing an old grumpy sob cussing... reliving his glory days.

  3. Crazy does not necessarily mean guilty. Yust is presumed innocent at this time

  4. ^^^ Yust fans need to stay off this blog. Your friend is a piece of garbage. So are you. Time to take the garbage away.

  5. 7:32 You wouldn't take that stance if Yust murdered on of your daughters.

  6. Whack him and be done with it.

  7. I thought the article was fine. Can't hate on the guy too much for writing it. Good details about process, etc.

  8. I view Yust as sick rather than evil. His problems can be solved with medication. We as a society failed him.

    1. You are sick. Society needs to rub you out.

  9. If I had asked Yust's victims out on a date, they would have turned me down. I am a middle class, college educated white collar worker, plain appearance no metal or tatoos, no criminal record. They chose him over guys like me. I don't feel that sorry for them

    1. They didn't deserve death for being stupid. We would all be dead if that were the case.

  11. Don't be a weak and/or absent father and your daughters won't choose slut-tell looks and get banged by men like Yust.

  12. If you see a cobra snake on the ground, pick it up, then it should occur to you that you might end up dead. Date a man under suspicion of murder and you might die. This should be a wake up call for girls. Sad but true.
