Is the city of Independence too lazy or too cheap to fix this eyesore for its' citizens?
ReplyDeleteIf this was in the neighborhood of the mayor, a city councilperson or a public works honcho it would have been fixed a long time ago. They only come around when they want your vote.
ReplyDeleteI found myself in Independence one day two weeks ago. It had been a while since I had been there. I have never seen such a collection of beggars on streets and people obviously under the influence of drugs and alcohol at one Walmart in my 67 years of breathing on my own. I will never go back!
