Former IRS employee in Kansas City accused of stealing $5K from taxpayers

KANSAS CITY, MO (AP) - A former IRS employee who is accused of stealing more than $5,000 from taxpayers has been arrested. The Kansas City Star reports that the grand jury indictment was unsealed Wednesday after the arrest of 39-year-old Tamara Miller, who was employed as a data transcriber at the IRS in Kansas City.

  2. So? Jackson County is trying to rob the taxpayers of much larger sums than that and nobody is getting charged with anything.

  3. Hmmm... going into your 40’s still playing reindeer games. All she got was $5,000 out of the deal. Low expectations. Long term consequences. What a waste of time.

    Agree with Dave. Gail Beatty should be charged in federal court too but they need to move the venue... she may have influence over the local federal court.
