Downtown Kansas City 'Strata' Hangs On To Hope For EPIC City Hall Subsidy

The Kansas City Council again has delayed the proposed $133 million Strata office tower project. This delay, for an additional two weeks, came in a near unanimous vote after no discussion among council members. The development group, led by Copaken Brooks and H&R Block Inc.
