TKC MUST SEE!!! MAYOR QUINTON LUCAS AND KANSAS CITY WELCOME EPIC GAY SOFTBALL WORLD SERIES 2019!!!

We're disappointed that so far local TV news has put  a very big, gay, fabulous Kansas City party on the back burner despite a great deal of civic buy-in.

We talked about it last night and noticed that BZ offered fan perspective for an update today . . .

Gay Softball World Series draws 5,000 people to Kansas City

Even better, KC's new mayor shares his hot take . . .

From Noob Mayor Quinton: "Honored to welcome thousands of athletes to #KCMO tonight for the @nagaaasoftball Gay Softball World Series in #KC this week. Thanks for coming to town and good luck! @ Kansas City Power & Light District"

Finally, just for our curious late night denizens . . .

This Missy B's Late Night Theater clip brilliantly hosted by Dirty Dorthy might be "a bit too much" to post on the blog so we'll simply provide a Youtube link for those late night lurkers who want to explore . . .

And so the Kansas City visitor count continues to rise as the new Administration bends over backwards to accommodate more tourists whilst Kansas City can't be too picky as economic hard times loom.

Stay safe, thanks for reading, hopefully we'll have more for the morning update . . . STAY TUNED!!!

  1. And now we know why KC is going to go bankrupt in 5 and not 10 years.

    1. OMG.

The mayor is supposed to welcome EVERYONE. Don't be so backward. And without the mocking style of this blog I actually agree with this post. There should be more coverage of the event because KC needs groups of 5,000 tourists more often. You can't afford to be picky in this competitive market and these folks spend a lot of money that's just as green as anyone else's. Support the mayor for getting out there and taking care of business.

  2. When I played slow pitch, I never wanted to handle the other team’s bats and balls. They better wear their gloves so they don’t get HIV.

  4. They should have the World Series here every year. We could use another 5000 visitors anally.

  5. This would be a good time for Quinton to come out of the closet.

Kansas City loves the LGBT, hell half the city government and public saftey services are all fags or lesbians, so I get it now..the corruption is exposed, more accuratley the "closet" no longer exists. and thats cool gay and lezbo folk, Kansas City is a "fly" over city, and keep doing what you are doing and Gays and lezbos will be jumping out of commercial jets with rainbow parachutes landing on the plaza on their way to San Francisco. No need for a new gay airport, you fine folks wont need one. Bring all your STD's to KC, actually it might help stop the homicides here by default.

  8. Being a glutton for punishment I watched that video. WTF? How the hell does that have anything to do with a softball tournament? Even a gay one?

  12. 5000 people!
    In our little town?
Time for the clowncil to offer big incentives for the next hotel "developer".
And roll out the proposal to enlarge Bartle Hall.
KCMO's inferiority complex just never ends.
    Momentum!

  13. I wish these homos would think of the children watching their antics. Back in the closet with all of you.

  14. ^^^^^Not everything in life is designed for children. If parents wish to shelter their little darlings, parents need to keep them at home.

  16. Get a grip, Matlock. The sooner children learn the world was not designed for them the sooner they'll be ready for the real world.
