A temporary local setback as the U.S. slouches toward official decriminalization at the Federal level despite Ukraine drama and distractions . . .
A Kansas City Council committee on Wednesday put on hold a proposal that would loosen the rules regarding marijuana possession within city limits. The amended ordinance would decriminalize the possession of up to 100 grams of marijuana in Kansas City, Missouri.
The current ordinance, which voters approved in 2017, sets a maximum fine of $25 and no jail time for the possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana. If found in possession of more than that, a person can be fined up to $500. Under the proposed amendment, a person would not be fined unless found to be in possession of 100 grams or more of marijuana.

Miley is one fucked up human being.
ReplyDeleteSo I am a cook. And I don't use grams. How big, APPROXIMATELY, is 35 grams, vs 100 grams?
ReplyDeleteAssuming some seeds and stems, of course.
ReplyDeleteOne thing I can say is I smoked weed for many years and it's real easy to mug someone when they are high so maybe if I'm short on cash I can take advantage of the folks who are high. Kind of a fantasy I have because I know how idiotic you become when high and because I hate liberals so bad.
You have a very strange way of showing your superiority.
ReplyDeleteI have Republicans, so bad.
