THE MAYOR TOLD ME HE'S NOT HAPPY WITH HOW IT'S GONE, AND THE FACILITY'S LEADER SAID THEY HAVEN'T LIVED UP TO THEIR OWN STANDARD THIS IS A DIFFICULT AND CHALLENGING SITUATION.

Kansas City Temp Jail FAIL Frightens
Downtown Kansas City residents have reason to worry as this jail can't seem to keep "guests" locked up and they've repeatedly managed to escape onto local streets and threaten the so-called "Renaissance" of new biz and upscale residents . . .
