Health inspectors: Living conditions barely improved at Northland apartment complex

First at 6:00, another look and the same old problems at aNnorthland apartment complex. Good evening everybody . . .The Englewood apartments on northwest Waukomis drive in the Northland, had 115 city health code violations last month.

  2. This complex has had serious issues for decades. It's been a sewer that they City has conveniently overlooked while placing dozens of immigrant families in sub-standard housing. Why is it taking SO LONG for the City to get things fixed? If we had so much as a gutter hanging loose on our house, the City Inspectors would have been all over our butts. Money from the "out-of-town" owners makes a big difference, doesn't it?
