A press event and sign of solidarity as this collective bargaining kerfuffle looks like it will go on longer than most expected. Take a peek:

Lawmakers lend support to UAW members on day 5 of strike

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - As the United Auto Workers strike entered the fifth day, there was still no agreement between the union and General Motors. Members of UAW Local 31 continued to protest outside the General Motors plant along Fairfax Trafficway in Kansas City, Kansas.

  1. Get back to work before you kill your job. GM, like all auto manufacturersd, must compete on a world stage, and this mafia controlled union can embrace all the socialist ideals ever spewed by aholes like Warren and Bernie, but it won’t change the fact that the Company must compete or perish. No more bailouts mofos.

  2. There was a time when the whole country would feel the effects of a strike at one of the autos. Now, not so much. Who can tell a Chevy from a Ford from a Honda these days? There’s 59 days of supply before the dealers take a hit. It’s not 1965 anymore.

  3. Democrat greedy UAW slobs scamming American consumers for 6 figure wage/benefits packages -- for bolting on bumpers!

Yet another reason TRUE Americans NEVER buy union.

  4. It is going to be hard to man the picket line on Sunday. Almost every GM worker has season tickets to the Chiefs.
