Kansas City Murder Count Stands At 112 At Outset Of Violent 2019 4th Quarter

It's counter-intuitive but let's not forget VIOLENCE TENDS TO SPIKE IN KANSAS CITY AS THE HOLIDAYS APPROACH . . . More social occasions, money pressure, incoming tax bills bring local tempers to the boiling point as this town confronts one of the bloodiest years in recent memory and a significant spike in violence YTD.

Here's the latest local tribute . . .

Remembering John Wilson III, Kansas City's 112th homicide victim of 2019

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A big smile and a poet's voice. That's how friends remember Kansas City's latest homicide victim. John Wilson III died early Saturday morning at his home, an apartment at 61st and Highland. Ironically, Wilson was supposed to be at a peace rally at the Crossroads.

  1. Jean Petersucker Baker is doing a great job making sure our murder total remains high, with her catch and release program. She gets a lot of help from our liberal fag judges. Jean Petersucker Baker is worthless and so are the liberal fag judges.

  3. ^^ No she didn't kill him but it's her job to put the killers in prison which she won't do. Go back to grammar school and learn how to think.

What do you call everything in between then? I’d say the murderous blacks have been on a rampage since 2011, now there’s where the spike started, with sLIE and petersucker.

Sadly there are more murdered people in KCMO this year than Royals losses even though the Royals had a record year for losses.

  7. I'm always amazed when a person who apparently has no dangerous habits, no enemies, no illegal activities, whom everybody loves, gets shot. Just lounging around the apartment when for no reason whatsoever, somebody comes in and blasts the guy. Or, could it be that the media are not telling us the whole story?

  9. We have a chance to break the old record of 153 set back in 1993 (I think). Our hood rats are capable.

The media doesn't tell the whole story because the media doesn't KNOW the whole story.
And, worse, they don't WANT to know the whole story, because it runs against their ongoing narrative of innocent gentle giants and rogue cops.
    It's not news.
    It's a story.

  11. Theae are awful numbers...and probably will get worse. I saw a post on FB from some dimwit asking, "What are the police and prosecutors doing about these killings?" Well, lady the police are conducting the investigation, often talking to people who won't cooperate (AKA snitch). The prosecutors are trying to figure out what charges to put against the bad guys/gals. Here's my question to you and others who, unfortunately, think as you do. What the hell are YOU and other members of the community doing about these killings? Are you cooperating with the authorities? Are you encouraging others to do so? Are you speaking up in your own neighborhoods about this disease called violent crime? If not then shut it, stop complaining, and go hide in your house. You're part, a BIG part of the problem.
