The FBI is issuing a national alert in an attempt to identify "John Doe 41."Investigators believe John Doe 41 may have critical information pertaining to the identity of a child victim.The FBI released photographs of the man shown with a child.

MoDOT said the thefts happened in the area of westbound Interstate 70 and 18th Street. Scout cameras along I-70 from Interstate 435 to the downtown loop are dark, MoDOT said.
