Olathe schools are suing e-cigarette maker Juul. Other KC-area districts should, too

During a briefing on September 11, 2019, President Donald Trump said his administration will propose banning thousands of flavors used in e-cigarettes to combat a surge in underage vaping. Comments

  1. Juul did not add CBD oil to the products. The individual users did that. Millions of people have used vaping products without bad results, and often with very beneficial results, like quitting smoking. The school is going to extreme lengths to avoid the obvious: the problem is the students not the product.

  2. Misuse of public funds for a frivolous law suit. No damage to the school district from the sale of this lawful product. I never have smoked or vaped, but voters should find other board representatives.

  3. What a waste of money
