  7. i do not know wtf is wrong with bike/walk kc. As far as i am concerned, they can try to start with a pithy lob like the riverfront-katy trail bike/walk path or the bike loop speedway out at 169th st or the cross town bike/walk path at Truman Road, not make a robust report and draw a bike lane on every street for generally no one biking and all those people walking.
