I can’t seem to find much information about this ordinance... but if it allows me to build on a 30 ft lot as opposed to a 50 ft frontage lot, then I would support this. 30 ft frontage lots are already in existence in much of Kansas City property. When the City switched to a more suburban sprawl design, it created a problem in that thousands of lots became unbuild able without having to inflate costs to go through an appeal process.

  2. Why would anyone in their right mind want to build so much as a dog house in Kansas City? We know of old neighborhoods where houses burn down or fall down, and they remain vacant lots. A vacant lot only attracts weeds, rats, garbage, and junk. Got plenty of those to go around.
