This case got NASTY on the last day with abortion talk and hard feeling all the way around . . . For better or worse, here's one slightly lower tab for parishoners to pick up . . . Checkit:
Jury rules for Catholic diocese in lawsuit where teacher claimed she was fired for being pregnant
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A Kansas City jury has ruled in favor of the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joe in the case of a local school teacher that claimed she was fired for being pregnant and unmarried. The jury deliberated for seven hours Wednesday before ultimately rejecting the claims of the teacher, Michelle Bolen.
She got knocked up and didn't give a crap how the young girls would be affected. After all, they can go out and knocked up too.
ReplyDelete^^Ugh huh. Riveting comment. Now go back to Matlock.
ReplyDeleteIf she wanted to get fucked all the time and get knocked up, she should have got a teaching job in the KCPS district.
ReplyDelete^^^^ nice one! Hahahahaha!
ReplyDeleteHas anyone seen a picture of her? I wondered what she looked like. It's interesting that not one news outlet will show her.
ReplyDelete^^No, because I get laid regularly(by your wife & mom) I don't need to jack-off to pictures on the news perv.
ReplyDeleteA jury of her peers has spoken. She was not fired for being preggo and unwed.
ReplyDelete7:41 Chimpy, my wife is 74 and my mother is 93 you sick perverted bastard, no bananas for you today!
ReplyDelete^^and yet they still take the BBC on the regular. Weird.
ReplyDeleteChimpy! Stop trying to act like you understand human sexuality lol
DeleteHave any heads exploded at the Kansas City Star? They had this case decided long before any evidence was submitted.
ReplyDelete@9:08..no Star employees are worried their next paycheck will bounce to care anymore.

ReplyDeleteThe jury foreman took a pregnant pause before reading the verdict, and the courtroom became so quiet you could hear an embryo scream!!!
Sorry, impossible to hear an embryo scream.
ReplyDeleteHasn't been born, hasn't taken the first breath,
doesn't have life or a soul, isn't a person!
(So says Genesis)
Mother Mary was pregnant with Christ and was treated the same way. Shunned, disrespected, not forgiven by others in the community. That's the Catholic way! Priests may rape young girls. but young women cannot have consensual sex. At least the teacher didn't have an abortion like so many catholic women.
ReplyDeleteAnd the teacher had 15 years of exemplary teacher evaluations, until she told the principal “I’m pregnant, and my boyfriend and I are keeping the baby”, then all of a sudden she is told she’s not doing her job well. Anyone with two brain cells knew how this was going to end. The “church” has it’s fingers in all the branches of the so-called “judicial system”. She never stood a chance. TAX CHURCHES NOW.
ReplyDelete11:32 FTW
ReplyDeleteAnother big loss for atty. Dennis Egan.
ReplyDelete11:32 - look man, I was like you going into this, assumed they fired her for fornicating and the resulting preggo. But c'mon. Don't you think during jury selection any attorney worth their fee would have been able to put up a jury of impartial (ie non religious) jurors? I suspect they had enough documented issues with this teacher and they presented that stuff in court. A rational person would assume if this teacher had no issues for 15 years and all of sudden was put on a performance plan after the pregnancy announcement it would be easy to find in her favor. I mean, it's easy to go against the Catholic church and all their bullshit with pedo's over the years so to think the had some sort of sway here in the courts is coming off as a tin foil trumpster.
ReplyDeleteThe Catholic church burned many families at the stake. Google Fox's book of martyrs. A pregnancy is nothing compared to wholesale murder.
