Brookside's Plate came back from a devastating fire - there's still a lot of work to do

In April 2017, an early morning fire destroyed Plate, a popular Brookside Italian spot. The cozy, 1,400-square-foot restaurant was just a side project for owners Christian and Andrea Joseph, and they weren't sure they'd ever want to reopen.

    Fiamma is actually Sicilian for arson related insurance fraud. Anyone with half a brain should do some digging on these people's finance model.
