“There are a lot of people behind me that Lisa Benson and I are sacrificing for so they can make strides and take what we’ve done to another level,” Jackson said. “Not necessarily by being militant or protesting, but take their platform and use it to help other people.”

  2. No racism means performing on an even playing field. People in all forms of media are fired and hired for great and nonexistent reasons. Get use to it buttercup.

  3. I have stopped turning to KSHB for news, and I no longer record their newscast on DVR. I urge the black community in Kansas City to do the same. Why should black people continue to watch a TV station that has a history of racial discrimination against its black employees. There may not be any way to stop these racist white people from this type of behavior, except hit them hard where it hurts the most, their profits and bank accounts. Make their racism cost them money.

  8. The guy sucked, simple as that. He’s just trying to get free money while the iron is hot, playing the race card has proven to pay very well and until companies stand up and refuse to be blackmailed by these low life’s they will continue to have to pay these losers. Where does he think he’s going to get his next job with worthless accusations like this?

  9. He sucked, I turned the channel when he came on. As many people will now watch a watchable sportscast as will boycott the station..good luck with the job hunt, retard.

  12. It would be fairly easy to see what the ratings were when he was delivering sports versus the other reporters doing the same thing. Stations like high ratings, no matter what color you are. Just like NFL owners like good players, no matter what color you are. Both entities make more money when viewership is up.

  13. Pretty sure the racists above won't be on the jury in his lawsuit. We'll see how that plays out.

Dude was a pretty good sports guy on TV.
